Orders and Shipping
We generally take 2-3 working days to deliver to you. This is based on weekdays and excludes public holidays. Our orders on the factories are time reliant so that will have an influence on the lead time. For example if we receive your order before 11am on a Monday, you can expect the delivery on the Wednesday.

Changing any of your order details is quick and easy, simply log on to your account and change your details. We will receive a notice and make sure the details are updated.

We never have access to your card or banking details. Only the authorized, accredited financial service providers will process your information. Our payment service provider is Payfast, S.A’s number one online payment solutions provider.
We only ship in Gauteng. If you have a bulk enquiry we are able to ship outside of the province but that will not apply to single products. You are also welcome to arrenge your own courier if you so wish.

Returns Policy
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any product purchased at The bed guy we will refund you in full. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions.
1. The product to be returned must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and they must be unused.
2. The product must be in their original condition.
3. Any custom made products cannot be returned. Extra length beds are considered a custom product.
4. Products with a custom design, fabric or colour choice cannot be returned.
5. Transportation costs of returned products, when they need to be collected by The Bed Guy, will be covered by the client and such costs will be covered by part of the refund.
6. Any transportation costs that are more than the amount the client originally paid for will also be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be issued within 30 days of the product being returned, and if the product being returned meets the above requirements.
Defective Goods
If the goods purchased are defective; are not of good quality; cannot be used and is not durable for a reasonable period of time; and/or not in good working order; or is not compliant with any applicable standards set under the Standards Act, 1993 (Act No. 29 or 1993), or any other public regulation; then the goods may be returned to The Bed Guy within six months. No claims in this regard will be entertained if lodged after 6 months of purchase notwithstanding warranty claims.
In the above event The Bed Guy will:
Repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods; or
Refund you the price paid for the goods.
